It is fashionable to wear an jewel-adorned smile. It could be a bright precious stone or a figure of precious metal attached and bonded to one of the upper frontal teeth, or a combination of both. There is no need to drill the tooth as the jewel is fastened by special dental glue. It can last quite a long while and does not obstruct daily oral hygiene. Tooth jewels can be removed at any time without a trace.
